Google quitely updates the URL structure of search results page

Google updated it's search result page with a minor change.

The search result page which initially used to display the Google search result for the respective search query, is now updated with the respective web page URL.

To be honest the old structure was not at all user friendly. In order to check the results for the search query, you need to click the Google search link, which use to 301 permanent redirect the result to the website. But now it's easy and can be accessed by placing the cursor on the link and checking the link in the status bar of the browser.
